Raw bird's nest is the original bird's nest with feathers and dirt intact after harvesting, not yet cleaned. Raw bird's nest type 3 is a nest with many feathers, thin, round nest, mixed angle, but still retains the characteristic taste and aroma of the bird's nest. This is the most economical product line of the 3 types of raw oats that King Yen provides.

How to Use

Preparation: tweezers (tongs), a clean bowl, a cup or plate containing clean oats, a sieve.

Step 1: Soak the bird's nest for about 2-3 hours until the bird's nest is soft and can be easily torn into small pieces.

– Step 2: Rinse the soft oats under the tap to remove hairs and dirt and then squeeze dry.

– Step 3: Use tweezers (tweezers) to pry the feathers and separate the layers of oats little by little.

Step 4: After picking up the feathers, put the oats in a sieve, put it in a bowl of water, gently stir with a spoon, in the process of stirring, lift the sieve up and down to completely remove the fluff and remaining dirt clinging to the oats fibers. , change the water several times to keep the bird's nest clean.

– Step 5: Nests after being cleaned are called fresh oats. You can distill it right away or squeeze it dry, pack it into a bag and store it in the refrigerator to eat it gradually. Normally, fresh oats can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 1 week, if frozen, the preservation time will be longer, from 2-3 months.

To save effort, you can soak and prepare many bird's nests at the same time, then squeeze dry, divide into small bags, close and put in the freezer to use gradually.
