More than a hundred years ago, Dalat highland was discovered by doctor Yersin. Lying 1,600m high above sea level in a pleasant climate zone with temperature ranging from 17 to 23 degree Celsius in the daytime and 17 to 13 degree Celsius in the nightime, a rich resource of Basalt soil and all-year-round fog have made this land an ideal place to relax. Therefore, French decided to build Dalat up to a resort city. Nowadays, Dalat catches people's heart by not only its beautiful landscape but also the charming fragrance of Arabica coffee. Arabica coffee grown in Dalat owns all the original charateristics such as proper acid concentration, smooth essence, deep taste and especially its long-lasting flavour^Perhaps, the flavour is crystallized from the pure nature and underground springs of the highland.
