OUR FARM
We have, in collaboration with our farmers, introduced the cultivation of conventional and organic lemongrass in Hoa An and Ha Quang, Cao Bang as well as Hoa Binh. Lemongrass has been succesfully cultivated by the local farmers. We use Cymbopogon citratus as being the best suited for the climate.
At DACE we did frozen whole lemongrass, cut in size, slice and ground lemongrass.
