HOW IS THE CONTRUCTION OF A SPC PLANK?

IXPE Underlay: This is the solid foundation of your plank. Often, the backing will also come with a pre attached underlayment.

SPC Core/ Rigid Core Board: SPC flooring contains a solid, waterproof core that won’t ripple or swell no matter how much liquid you subject it to. This core is ultra-dense with no foaming agents like you’ll find in traditional WPC flooring. It gives you slightly less softness underfoot, but it makes the flooring extra durable.

Decor Film Layer: This layer features hyper-realistic photo imagery that makes the vinyl look so much like stone and wood.

Wear Layer: The wear layer is like the bodyguard of the plank; it protects your floor from wear and tear. In the case of wear layers, thicker still means better. SPC flooring often comes with thick wear layer options for heavy-duty protection.

UV Coating: A surface treatment that cures by UV radiation and protects the underlying material from such radiation.

INNO FLOORS JOINT STOCK COMPANY has a factory located at 10B ND street, Hoa Khanh industrial area, Hoa Khanh Bac, Lien Chieu, Da Nang city, Vietnam. We are specializing in manufacturing and distributing SPC flooring products. The factory covers 20.000 square meters, with 6 sets of modern machines which were imported directly from Germany. The system is operated by experimental specialists, under the direct guidance of German experts. We are able to produce up to 2000000 (two millions) square meters manually.
