Q1: What's your minimum order quantity?
Re: Our MOQ is 3000pcs per design with different colors and mixed sizes.
Q2: Do you provide samples?
Re: We are happy to provide samples for your testing before you place an bulk order. So you could know our quality and performance
Q3: Can we print our logo on the product?
Re: Sure, we can print your own logo and label on your clothing lines. Pls send your logo design to us for sampling.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
Re: we usually prefer LC for first order and D/P from the second on. Sometimes, TT is accepted, too.
Q5: What is production lead time for normal order ?
Re: Our production lead time is around 90-120 days after order confirmation.
Q6: Do you provide size chart?
Re: Yes, we will provide you size chart for each item you ordered, since we have our own professional pattern designer.
Q7: What is the shipment and how do you charge?
Re: Normally we ship the goods by sea or by air for bulk order and by DHL or UPS if customer requires.
Q8: Is the price fixed or negotiable?
Re: Yes, we always give customer discount according to the number of clothes they order. It can be 5% or even more compared with the price posted.
