🍀Forest Bitter Melon: The fruit, vines and leaves of Forest Bitter Melon contain active ingredients with anti-diabetic properties such as:
- Charantin (steroid saponin group)
- Momocdicin (alkaloid)
- Vicine (nucleic acid) and an Insulin-like compound called polypeptide-p.
These substances work together to help reduce blood sugar levels.
In addition, forest bitter melon also has many ingredients with pharmacological effects: cucurbitacin, vitamins B and C.
🍀Strawberry LEAVES:
