Q2: How about your samples time and its payment?
Usually it takes 14 days to make the samples, the payment of sample could be refunded when main order placed

Q4: How long is your delivery time for big order?
For big order, we need about 30-35days, we can deliver within 15 Days, but only for very urgent one
Q5: What about the shipping port?
Cat Lai seaport, HCM by sea.
Tan Son Nhat airport, HCM by air.
Or by DHL, EMS and UPS for samples.
Q6: How about payment?
We accept 50% for deposit to proceed producing, then 50% balance before shipment.
For big order (over 1000pcs), we need 70% deposit
Q7. Can I get a free sample?
Normally we will send you detailed clear pictures of your interested models. If physical samples are required, it need to be charged. Pls direct place sample order on-line , these sample payment will be refundable once an order is placed.
