Step 1.Washing: the materials (the mixture of down and feather) to be washed in hot water at a tempreture not lower than 70°C for 60minutes, then to be washed in cold water for 90 minutes 9 times, so that the cleanliness will get to 1000.

120 degrees centigrade for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4.Cooling: to be cooled down and the impurities removed.
