PP FILLER MASTERBATCH - HP203A
Feature:
As the filler for PP plastics, HP203A can be used as the majority material to reduce hugely
production cost while still keep your plastic products at high-quality grade.
HP203A causes low dust-emission.
One special feature of HP203A is: The mixture with HP203A causes only a weak frictional force
to worm-screw. As the result, the pressure on the screen is kept at a low-grade. That extends the life
of worm-screw and screen as well as other involved parts of your equipment.
HP203A help to push your products into designed shape easier and more shortly without
losing its shape.
No moisture absorber needed for your material mixture if using HP203A as the filler.
Application:
Used in manufacturing PP package for plastic furniture, product package.

PE FILLER MASTERBATCH - HP102
Feature:
As the filler for PE plastic, HP102 can be used as the majority material to reduce hugely
production cost while still keep your plastic products at high-quality grade.
In manufacturing plastic bags, using HP102 would make your products tougher than using
addictive from almost other producers. It also gives your product a glossy surface.
HP102 especially is suitable for products with porcelain-white color.
One special feature of HP102 is: The mixture with HP102 causes only a weak frictional force to
worm-screw. As the result, the pressure on the screen is kept at a low-grade. That extends the life of
worm-screw and screen as well as other involved parts of your equipment.
No moisture absorber needed. If the rate of use is below 50%, HP102 should be put into
production straight away. If the rate is 50% or upper, HP102 should be dried briefly before using it.
Application:
Used in manufacturing PE plastic products such as shopping bags, tarpaulin cloth ... especially
products with porcelain-white color.

T/T: 30% of amount as deposit, the balance paid against documents.
L/C: at sight or 30 days after sight. UPAS LC is good.
To have customers' believe, customers only have to pay 95% of the invoice, a 5% balance will be kept as a warranty if any claim and be paid with the next order.
