Our showroom and warehouse are located in Hanoi.

We produce our products in Vietnam and transfer them to you from here.
4. What is factory MOQ?
It depends on the product type and size, you can find the minimum order quantity in the product description or ask our sales team.
5. Is the product sample free of charge?
A small amount of sample fee and freight will be collected. The sample fee from the official order will be reduced when the
official order is placed with an MOQ of 50pc/item.
6. How long can I expect to get the product sample?
For the products from our catalogue, it will take about 15-20 days as we will send them from Vietnam. For customized products, it
will depend on product type and the time takes to produce them.
7. Do you do customers' design?
We are willing to turn your ideas into reality, so if you want to make any items, please contact us for details. Our domestic
teams will try our best to help you with your custom products. We’ve also had many products that can be changed upon your request.
8. What’s your payment term?

9. How do you control the quality of the products?

10. What if products received not good?
Although our products are always in good care and maintenance to minimize the possible damages and degradation of goods, it is
handcrafted so unavoidable defects breakage of products still takes place as long-way transportation and many other unexpected
reasons. If you find any problem, show us the pictures or videos and you will get refunded with unacceptable ones.
