1. Can you accept small order? Yes, we can do LCL or FCL shipment based on customer’s requirement
2. Can we mix many items into 1 container? Yes, we can mix up to 50 items. We can source all products according to customer’s requests.
3. What is the lead time from order to the date cargo load? It depends on the order quantity. It may take about 7-15 days for shipment to be loaded and landed at Hochiminh city port.
4. What is your payment? We accept TT, LC, DP, CAD payment
5. Do you support to do OEM products? Yes, of course. We even can support designing product’s packaging free of charge.
6. Can you send free sample? Yes, we provide free sample. But the sending fee will be negotiated
7. Can you support to put stamp on your products? Yes, we can support to do sticker as customer’s request and stamp on our products.
