On 29th Oct, 1983, Vietnam Rubber Group directed Phuoc Hoa Rubber Company to accept the responsibility for establishing a framework with 18 officers and 53 workers led by Mr. Le Kha Thinh, Deputy Director of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Company to Dak Doa district, Gia Lai province to develop rubber plantations. This is the first step for Mang Yang Rubber Company establishment. On 6th Feb,1984, General Director of Vietnam Rubber Group issued decision No. 10/QD-TCCB to establish Mang Yang Rubber Company.
