Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free.
6. How long is the production lead time?
It usually takes 15-20 days for MOQ. It all depends on your quantity.
7. How much is the freight charge?
To save cost for you and make sure that you can get goods earlier, we suggest deliver small quantity by express. For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea.
8. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own professional designers. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
9. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
