1. Do you offer sample?
-> Yes, we do.
If sample in stock, free samples is available and can be arranged quickly.
If no sample in stock, we will arrange machine and worker to make the new samples for you with low sample fee.
2. Do you accept mixed items for 20HC container?
-> Yes, we do.
3. Do you accept LCL (less than container loading)?
-> Yes, we do.
4. Does your company accept customization?
-> Yes, we do. This would be our favorite.
5. How to pack?
-> Thickening international standard export package: Carton, PVC box, PVC; customized.
6. What is payment terms?
-> T/T, Paypal 30% deposits & 70% balance against copy shipping docs; OR L/C acceptable.
7. How to control quality?
- When order confirmed, we make the nail file pre-production sample for confirmation by Customer, to make sure all details meet customer's requirements.
- Our QA and QC will track the different status of production from the beginning to delivery.
- We'll be also your serious QC, if any problems occurred, we solve it positive and properly.
