Since 1995, a Singaporean, Mr. Ann Ong - Founder of Tam Loi Foods brand has come to in Vietnam with the aim of fiding fresh fish ingredients to bring back to Singapore as food pellets. In the searching process, he discovered that the fish resources here are abundant, but people have not been able to exploit their full prospect. Back to Singapore, he decided to ask his mother to standardize the recipe which preserves the orginal taste of the fish ball and brought it to Vietnam.
