Dong Luc JSC specializes in hand-sewn soccer ball, and laminated volleyball and soccer ball manufacture. Besides the R&D workshop located in our head quarter, we have 2 other factories located just the south of Hanoi which consists of approximately 1,000 employees, skilled workers and diligent Q/C teams included.
Our products are supplied for well known brands all over the European, South American, and Asian regions.
Our material input are quality checked and tested thoroughly to ensure best material quality.
Besides, our factory are audited annually with SGS standards of corporate responsibility to ensure our conformity to good business ethic and quality management systems.

Our standard Quality Control practices:
100% of our products are checked for quality regarding:
circumference: 100% of balls must remain within the allowed range of 750-780 mm. Any ball that does not fall within the limit will be rejected.
weight: 100% of balls must remain within the allowed range of 600-650 grams. Any ball that does not fall within the limit will be rejected.
deflation: the finished products are kept in an inflated stated for 72 hours to make sure that they do not have functional problems
stitching and its overall cosmetic: all balls are checked to make sure on overall, they look good. That means no obvious showing of stitch line, no wear and tear at the seams, or no uneven prints on the ball's designs.
