VietNam Natural Rubber RSS

Rubber RSS3 VietNam is producted by natural rubber and applying some steps named latex collection by tapping process, preservation, coagulation, sheet formation and smoke drying.

Natural rubber RSS consists of RSS1/2/3/4/5 and be used for the peoduction of huge end products like tyres, condoms, surgical gloves, balloons, adhesive, rubber band, carpet backing etc.

Generally, the quality of RSS is graded on a scale from RSS1 to RSS5, with RSS1 the highest quality and RSS5 the lowest. Grading is made according to a variety of criteria, including the number of air bubbles in the product, the proportion of dirt and impurities, its color, the consistency of the material, and so on.

Over 70% of VietNam output is off RSS3, which has properties equivalent to TSR, and this can be used in the produciton of tires, belts, hosing, rubber parts for automobiles, and rubber shoses.
